Intro
Runners:
Currently I am enrolled in the Command and General Staff college and we are required to do a blog. So I decided to blog on running and more so geared to the average GTC runner. Please check back and let me know what you think. Even though I only lived in Greenville for three years, I plan to retire there in 2016 and I now think of Greenville as my home (and favorite running destination!!)

How do you stay injury free?
I am very interested in how GTC runners stay injury free and also still race competitively. Below is a piece I wrote for LetsRun.com (link below)and I would like your thoughts and ideas.
